Global Turks par Excellence

Global Turks par Excellence Project has been created by Ayşegül Dicle Aydın and is supported by AmCham, YASED and Harvard Business Review as Project Partners.

Global Turks par Excellence aims to highlight the ever-accelerating level of accomplishment among Turkish Professionals around the globe. The Project officially commenced with a research study/survey to identify the "top 1000 Turkish Professionals" who have achieved acclaimed cross-border assent. The research study and survey include diverse sectors, key functions and highlight the underlying pivotal success elements and leadership competencies.

We give utmost importance to the continued development of Global Turkish Talent, hence this first-time research to put forward global Turkish demographics, qualifications, and leadership competencies.

In this webinar, we will ask 4 different Turkish leaders from 4 main continents how they have structured a roadmap for the future within their regions amid increasing uncertainty, challenging political, geopolitical, and economic balances.

We will discuss what types of resources are needed to generate solutions, discover new paths, how thought patterns are developed, how existing resources are utilized, and what needs to be done to break away from conventional norms and be more efficient in the new reality dominated by technologies like artificial intelligence.
